Congress Fee

We have a 2-tier pricing structure based on the country you live in. Please register under the country you live in and help us by paying the required fee within 48 hours of your registration.

We have looked at the income of various countries in Europe and tried to be as fair as possible. This is never possible but we have tried our best. If you are in the lower category but can afford to pay more, please do so and in doing so we can sponsor others.

All exhibitors pay € 199 irrespective of the country they are from.

Category 1

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein

Category 2

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia,Moldavia, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan/Kyrgystan

If you are from Asia, Africa and Latin-America, you need to pay € 99. All other countries fall under Category 1.

The amount of people we are able to accept from outside Europe is limited to 150 participants. International guests are asked to follow these steps accordingly:

1. Please complete and return this form to info@mission-net.org to help with the application process.

2. Only once your application has been accepted, we ask you to pay your registration fee in advance as all other participants do. If you need help with your visa, we need to charge you an additional € 20.
