Super!

How to know God's will for your life

If someone asks you how he/she can become a missionary, what would you answer?

God chooses very different ways to tell different people that they should go and where they should go. My wife and I both grew up on the mission field, so we were familiar with the idea and a possible lifestyle of mission. We had good examples through our parents and their colleagues. Nevertheless, there is no automatism to enter the mission field only because your parents have been Christian workers. We both have three siblings each and none of them ended up on the mission field.

Why I am part of Mission-Net

    Katharina von Dessien writes:

As a missionary kid, missions has always been real and normal for me. I loved hanging around with other people, feeling at home in the world and having a broad perspective for other people and cultures. It is truly awesome being a part of God’s plan and work in this wide, wide world! Stories from all over the world can be encouraging and challenging.

God has a plan for your life!

“God, what do you want me to do?” asked Jannes Kalkhuis (Netherlands) at Mission 1987. He had recently completed his studies in construction administration and military service, and had the desire to serve the Lord.
